Machine brief introduction

    • The whole machine is designed and made according to high requirements with reliability and safety.
    • Excellent materials and parts are used, all rollers are made of fine steel, with chrome-plated and surface grinding treatment.
    • All units are fixed together with vacuum transfer system, printing register is Servo Controlled to achieve high precise printing.
    • The whole machine is controlled by PLC with touch screen, can store and load the used orders data, enable quick order changing and user friendly operation.
    • With modem for maintained via network, achieve fast problems shooting.
    • With automatic zero setting and reset function.
    • The clearance between the feeding roll, pressing roll and anilox roll are adjusted by computer.
    • Central dust collection system for sucking the dust and scrap away.

Unit features

1)   Feeder Unit

  • Continuous or skip feeding is available with counter.
  • Sun Automation Lead Edge Feeding System is adopted, can adjust the feeding stroke, and reduce the pull roller pressure.
  • Lead edge feeding system is driven by independent servo motor
  • Frequency inverter controls the vacuum suction and pressure (Increased or decreased) to match different paperboard size.
  • Feeding roll is made of two-layer rubber, inner layer is soft and outer is hard. This not only makes inner more flexible but also ensure the outer surface more wear-resistant, can avoid paperboard damage.
  • Motorized and PLC control of feeding rolls gap and side baffles.
  • Motorized backstop forward/backward and up/down position for easy and quick adjustment.
  • Dust removal system is adopted with British MEECH anti-static device, with multiple straight suction fans, more brushes used and also rotating brush. So before the boards coming to the printer and already completely cleaned.
  • The upper feeding roller covered with wear-resistant anvil rubber, and done with the dynamic balance correction.
  • The lower feeding roller is embossed and with chrome plating.
  • Pressure roller driven by Camshaft, and reduce abrasion and driving more smoothly.
  • The board is transferred by vacuum suction roller.
  • Rubber surface for paperboard guiding roller can avoid damaging paperboard and increase accuracy of paperboard transfer.

 

2) Printer Unit (Six units)

  • The diameter of the printing cylinder is φ405mm, it’s made of fine materials with harden treatment and chromed. plating, done the dynamic balance correction can running smoothly and stable.
  • Servo motor driving for printing roller register, adapts Endat high-precision encoder, efficiently ensure the servo rotating system control precision; Printing register control system connected to the servo directly, achieve quick response and high precision.
  • Transverse register is digitally controlled by motor and PLC.
  • Printing plate is quickly changed, and fast tilt error calibrated occurred in mounting plate within the scope of modification.
  • Whole vacuum suction with high precision transferring(all transferring wheels are made of aluminium alloy with ceramic spaying on the surface), can achieve high printing accuracy.
  • Whole vacuum absorptive bearings are with harden treatment and chrome plating, the gap adjusted by motor and PLC.
  • The diameter of the Ceramic anilox roll is increased , the steel roller is covered with ground treatment ceramic, Laser engraving the anilox is more abrasion resistant than the steel anilox roll and have long time service using.
  • The caliber of the anilox roller is adjusted by motor and PLC.
  • All printer units are fixed together, the distance between each unit is widened for conducing to the ink drying and ensure the printing precision (drying system as an optional parts can be installed).
  • A Fixed device of printing register and brake is controlled by Servo motor. Upon closing or cleaning the unit, the positions are precisely restored so the unit is ready for production without adjustment.

 

Single – Doctor blade inking system (Original Sun Automation, USA)

  1. The main body of ink chamber is non-metal materials used but special polyurethane, not to be rusted and easy to clean.
  2. Two ends seal like the traditional dual doctor-blade are not used to avoid both side ink leakage problems, and also save the machine running time.
  3. No need the traditional dual doctor-blade seal knives, which can decrease the costing.
  4. The whole chamber body is evenly allocated with the air/pressure sac regulation. The ink scraping pressure is allocated at the left, right and middle.
  5. Ink short automatic alarming device is adopted to avoid damage of the blades and ceramic anilox.
  6. Automatic cleaning system is adopted on the doctor blade and ceramic anilox roll.
  • Cleaning function can be automatically switched to ensure the ink recycling thoroughly; Ink saving function can save more ink on each unit at each time during cleaning or color changing.
  • Automatic resetting is controlled by Servo after cleaning the printing plate.

3) Slotter unit (Double shaft)

  • An internal gear adjusts the height of the carton box and prevents the lubricant oil from splitting or leaking onto the paperboard.
  • Pre-creaser to make the paperboard not easily damaged while creasing.
  • Upper creasing roll covered by anvil ring, so paperboard will be not damaged easily.
  • Slotting base move along linear bearings and driven by lead screws for flexible and precise movement.
  • Upper base and lower base are coupled to keep the two knives aligned while moving, which is helpful to prolong service life.
  • Slotting register and height of carton box are controlled by motor and PLC.
  • Transversal movement of the pre-creasing rolls, creasing rolls, and slotting base are controlled by motor and PLC.
  • Motorized control of the slotting base caliber.
  • Manual and self-locked caliber adjustment of pre-creaser and creaser.
  • A protective device applied to prevent the slotting knife from crashing when the height of the carton box is adjusted.
  • Double protection devices applied (electronic and mechanic) to prevent the slotting base from crashing against each other.
  • Flexible flap cutting knife can cut 3 or 5 ply paperboard with no adjustment .
  • Hand hole-punching dies can be applied.

4) Folder gluer

A. Brief introduction

Automatic high speed folder gluer is researched and manufactured by our company with the combination of forign technology and our national conditions.

Complete machine is controlled by one intellectualized key. Various sections will automatic adjust size by pushing one button without manual operation. It has strong memory functoion and can store 9999 orders. Changing order quickly and operating simply so that suits large quantity running ,also a few quantity but more variety running.

C. Main function and configuration

a. Feeding section

  • Lead edge feeder with vacuum transfer
  • Feeding precisely even with warped paperboard

b. Glue system

  • Cooperate with the world famous supplier(VALCO) to ensure fine service anywhere.
  • The newest VALCO glue system, automatic tracking and precise glue spraying.

Environmental protecting and glue saving, easy maintenance and adjusting.

c. Folding section

  • The paperboard is clipped by the upper and lower transfer belt. The feeding gap motorized and the belts are automatically adjusted.
  • The pressing wheels with spring .
  • Folding beams with strong rigidity and good stability for high speed running.
  • There are two set side pressing wheels against the folding knife to ensure folding lines precise.
  • Back end convey belt with vacuum holes prevent paperboard sliding.
  • At the end of folding section there are belt and the speed is higher than the vacuum transfer belt. So that will avoid the fish-tail forming.
  • There are two set wheels to match the folding belt for precise folding.
  • Folding beams move left and right automatically according orders.

d. Driving section

  • Frequency conversion motor runs synchronously with printer.
  • All with synchronism belts driving, simple structure, lower noise, stable running lower and vibrate.
  • Moving parts are consisted of imported of ball screws and lead screw.

e. Counter ejector

  • Photoelectric sensor counting precisely
  • Three sets of servo motor keep the ejector counter precise.
  • Server control high speed separating bar to stack according required quantity per pile.
  • Pneumatic assistant supporting bars make boxes stacking well.
  • Pile boxes ejected by pneumatic pushing plate in order.
  • Strong air blowing keep the paperboard flat and the air direction could be adjusted according to your requirements.
  • Back stopper motorized and could adjust (automatically or manually) according box’s spec.
  • Both up and lower transfer belts transfer pile boxes together.
  • The height of top belt can be adjusted automatically or manually according to the quantity per pile.
  • Eject section can move to left and right to make boxes fall down on the center of table.
