b.Web guiding system

• with splicing table
• The paper guide roller adopts high hardness anodized
• adopt the ball screw electric actuators
• electric guiding device, system can correct when paper goes skewing.
• detection mode: check the edge.

c. Feeding system

• double press rubber roller to feed paper
• adopt servo motor for driving.

d. Printing unit

• printing unit has gear box.
• pneumatic for opening and closing anilox roller and printing roller
• adopt ceramic anilox roller. One set. Decide by customer
• printing roller is made by aluminum. One set. Decide by customer.
• no need to adjust again when you change the doctor blade and anilox roller.
• stainless steel ink box.
• adopt the petals structure, stable pressure and faster changing without any tool.
• printing plate automatically cleaning function: printing roller keeps rotating for 1.5s to pass the ink to paper when machine is stopped each time, it can make plate clean.
• anilox roller rotate itself function: anilox roller will rotate itself when machine is stopped, it will avoid ink dry on face of anilox roller.
